TD and Associates is a veteran-owned quality consulting business based in Celina, Ohio.

Led by Tommie Tracey-Dynes
Tommie is an experienced ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, SQF Practitioner, and HACCP Train-the-Trainer. Her work helps organizations meet customer, certification, and operational requirements while keeping systems appropriate for their size and resources.
Before establishing TD and Associates in 2018, she served more than 26 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant and Medical Group Superintendent. That experience shaped her approach to leadership, readiness, auditing, training, risk management, and organizational improvement.
Today, she brings that disciplined but practical perspective to manufacturers through project-based assistance and ongoing fractional support. When a project requires deeper product or process analysis, TD and Associates can also provide engineering support for control planning, PPAP and APQP, process risk, measurement systems, capability, and technical problem solving.
